Which Attendance Report document should I use?

Those classified as non-exempt from the FLSA overtime provisions will fill out one of two types of hourly time sheet.

Biweekly Attendance Report
If an employee is classified as non-exempt salaried hourly,  paychecks are issued biweekly and the biweekly attendance report  will be required by the Wednesday following the pay date.
Hourly Attendance Report – If an employee is classified as non-exempt hourly paid, employees must fill out an hourly attendance report that will document hours worked in order to process payroll. There is a two week lag in pay for hourly employees. These timesheets must be received no later then the Monday following a pay date to be paid for the prior pay period.

Professional Employees
Monthly Leave Record for Professional Level Personnel  - Individuals classified as professional employees, exempt from the overtime provisions of the FLSA (Fair Labor Standards Act) complete a monthly exception report that shows use of accrued time.
