The Administration Department is responsible for day-to-day operations of the Research Foundation. The department is the point of contact for the Research Council, Institutional Review Board and Institutional Animal Care Use Committee, Technology Transfer, and Export Controls.

Lauren Ashcroft – Administrative Associate; 716-878-6700; BISH B-17 Responsible for equipment insurance, tuition assistance processes, monitors and maintains accounts for RF funded projects, assists in communication projects and provides administrative support to RF Administration department.
Gina Game –Executive Assistant to the Director; Research Compliance Manager; 716-878-6700; BISH B-17 Responsible for assisting the Director. She is administrative coordinator to the Institutional Review Board, Institutional Animal Care Use Committee and the Research Council. As research compliance officer, she ensures export controls guidelines and standards of ethical conduct are observed on research projects.
Richard (Rick) Johnson – Manager, Project Development and Economic Advancement; 716-878-5368; BISH B-24 Works collaboratively with faculty and administration to convert great ideas into successful funding proposals. He provides a range of assistance from proposal review, consultation, editing, and writing.
Mary Kren – Manager, Communication and Training; 716-878-6700; BISH B-12 Plans, organizes and manages the development, implementation of Research Foundation communications via email announcement, newsletters and website articles. Organizes RF activities related to the campus community (i.e. the annual Faculty/Staff Research and Creativity Fall Forum), and facilitates arrangements for various special project initiatives.
Peter Reganti – Director, Information Assurance & Technology Systems; 716-878-6700; BISH B-17 Manages risks related to the use, processing, storage, and transmission of data within the organization, and ensures high availability of computing systems and information resources. Peter is also responsible for the analysis, design, implementation, and support of all information technology and computer systems for the Research Foundation Office of Sponsored Programs.
Bridget Zimmerman – Associate for Research and Evaluation;-716-878-6700; BISH B-12 An expert in the areas of research and evaluation, Bridget assists potential PI's with grant preparation which includes project development, evaluation plan and writing the application (pre-grant). She also assists the PI with grant formative and summative evaluation during the grant life cycle (post-award).
