Information: As the Director of Pre Award and Contract Services, Ms. Darstein oversees all proposal submissions, as well as award and contract approval. She can assist you with information related to possible sources of grant funding, including enrollment in our e-mail alert service (SMARTS), as well as proposal and budget preparation. Her expertise in electronic proposal submission includes serving as the NSF – FastLane administrator for our campus. During the award process, Ms. Darstein negotiates with sponsor agency representatives and is responsible for drafting and reviewing contractual documents.
